Over the year Bin Laden has always been like the unibomber (and Marx's followers)...he's actually got a lot of things about the system pegged, he just takes it into a weird place to justify his violence.
Listened to an interesting podcast on my way to work this morning talking about how Al Queda was always about playing the "victim role" - see we're poor muslims being exploited by the a) Godless Russions (don't worry - the US will send you money!) b) help we're now helping our brother muslims in bosnia being exploited by the nazi like serbs! (don't worry - the US will send you money) and now c) Help! We're being exploited by the US who has funded us up until a few years ago and then they stopped giving us cash cause they hated muslims all along!!
