is it possible your boss is completely unaware of how you feel? maybe say exactly what you said above and see what the reaction is?

(May 9 07, 06:43)Thanks - I hear you and I could talk to him re: my frustrations..and quite honestly my boss i s a very cool guy - I have learned an education full of how to run a business successfully from this guy and we have good communication. But honestly it's just that I've reached the end here..I need to move in new directions which I just don;t have here. And although he's a great guy, my salary won't be going up to where I'll need it either..he's just kinda tight that way.
