    the constitution gives Americans the right own guns so they can protect themselves against the U.S. government. The people who engineered the constitution were very smart, and the longer they are dead the easier it is fuck up their vision...

    Incorrect. The second amendment gives US citizens the rights to maintain a well organized citizen's militia which, as a matter of course, puts them under the domain of military law.
