Sleep when you've earned it (after a long day of work) is the best thing in life...that and handjobs from hobo's...which, by the way, is the name of the community outreach program I'm establishing in the greater metropolitan area.
...but seriously, the sleep thing...I give it two thumbs (and morning wood) up!
