Maybe she just watched that film where a woman joined the army, and, as a relult had to shave her hear. Maybe Ms. Spears was inspired to be the powerful lead womon and thought shaving her head was the right thing to do.
Maybe she was priming for a skull spiderweb tattoo. Maybe she had bad dander problems.
But who cares? Not me. Unless she's turning punk and fronting the US Bombs, i dont care what she does.
