in all seriousness, the company i worked for previously decided to use one of these outsourcing services from india. the "lead copywriter" didn't like where the creative dept was going and paid $500 for 2 comps.
1) had they been built, they would have been constructed using nothing but images...no html text.
2) the width for both was 1700px.
3) it took 2 weeks to a month to get them to change it, and even then they went down to 1200px.
you get what you paid for
