no what i meant is there are a few little tiny wee small nations that actually got their shit together for the most part..

Botswana & Lesotho to name two. South Africa is a bit hard to explain I would think. It's a combo of First and Third world.
As I spewed previously, German, Dutch and English colonies = GOOD. Belgian, French, Italian & Portuguese colonies = BAD. There are exceptions over there, but that's the general rule of thumb.
