ok back to the legal issue. a prosecutor is going to need a hell of a lot of evidence to convict her and is going to have to prove that it was "hers". Yes flakey, but she'll get off on some BS. Unless, they get her on some 'detoriating the morals of minors' charges. If youngsters where there.
