Theres a quote in there that suggest thats GOD FORBID if they had consumed the weed and then had to go and use thier firearms in a serious situation.
Yet the policemen are completely allowed to go out the night before and drink as much alcohol as they like, which would surely impair their gun skills the next day more so than a bit of weed, which in my experienced opinion would probably make you able to shoot a gun BETTER. As cannabis enables you zone your concentration fully on a single task a lot more efficiently.
