yeah, probably me...basically the images are loaded into flash, pulled from xml data created by a php script, which calls to a MySQL database. The database is populated by some PERL and PHP that check the email server every 10 seconds, grab the attachment, resize/rename it, ftp it and then add it to the database.
sorry that was kind of a backward explanation...
