    GW, I'm confused.

Is it your contention that yes, humans create pollution, and that's a bad thing. However said pollution is of little or no consequence to the possible heating of the climate of the earth?

    Just to be clear...

Yes you are confused. Global warming is real, I've never said otherwise, I am saying however that global warming does not affect the weather and there has not been any scientific fact to prove so, only speculation. And, please note, the Earth's average near-surface atmospheric temperature rose 0.6 ± 0.2 °Celsius (1.1 ± 0.4 °Fahrenheit) in the 20th century. Yes. 0.6.

Temperatures have risen over the last century (somewhere between 0.4 and 0.8 °C) and the proportion of this warming that is due to human influence is still open to question. The current scientific consensus, as expressed in 2001 by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and the U.S. National Academy of Sciences (NAS), and recently confirmed by a joint statement of the G8 academies of science, is that most of the warming observed over the last 50 years is attributable to human activities... most... not all. Even at a 0.6 degree increase, MOST due to humans would be 0.4 degree increase. What would the other % increase be due to then?

Blame it all on humans? That's just the tip of the iceberg.
