---i'm not sure why you brought up the reserves though... that's our backup... that's 'smart' if you ask me...
... don't you think that if the U.S. loosened it's 'need' for someone else's oil and tried using ours sparingly and appropriately... that we may in fact release a lot of tension on a world-wide front?
