pyeaton... yes... I was serious.
Understand that using our OWN resources would cut back on our importing... which seems to ruin a SHITLOAD of lives around the world...
... so I'm merely stating that we do have our own resources to work with... and yet we put stipulations on ourselves forcing us to buy and TAKE from others...
... there are 300+ million folks over here... and the majority of them aren't hermits... they need to get out and about like everyone else.
And stop your crying over the SUV's...
... my step-mom drives a v8 QX4 Infinity because she prefers to 'feel safe' given the power she has to control the vehicle... and the size of it to protect her from an outside impact. (she got in a horrid accident a couple of years back and now has a 'fear' in her - which is more like a heightened awareness more than 'fear of driving')...
oh... and her and my pops also own a boat... and a shitty lil 4-speed hybrid and gonna cut it. (and if you talk shit about my pops owning a boat then fuck off... and go fishing... then get back to me.:) )...
