I feel your patriotic and righteous anger against the clouds Kona_anok, but this isn't the job for a patriotic single american. No this GWoL needs huge massive government funding and large expejditures to corporations with ties to weather regulatory technologies. Huge sums of money. And they'll probably be electrical shortages..some electrons are with us, others are against us. We need to put anti-lightning judges on the courts too so they'll help us fight this foe ..who knows when it will end.We'll be releasing a handy neon colored chart to describe the different levels of Lightning Attack.
