It's not a great,clever or particularly witty piece of design, neither does it have any reasoning behind it.
Unlike those little football goals they put in pub urinals to get people to think about prostate cancer during the world cup.
So why put it in a family place? I can see it might fit into a nightclub setting, but it's still a mysoganstic sentiment, maybe if it wasn't big pouting, lipsitcked lips and there was a mixture of male and female mouths. It's still offensive though. Why not just have a regular unrinal. If it's not broke...
There are some at a bar in london that are made of convex metal to make your little general look bigger, now that it good design.... not that I need that or anything.
