a speeding ticket isn't a 'criminal offense', khilled... check your defintions of law in america. Yes... there are 'criminal levels' in traffic violations... but they're 'rare' and usually involve 20+ over the limit w/wreckless endangerment included...
now... as far as the billboard - it's a 'hot topic' and everyone is talking about it... AND... IT'S DEFINETLY SOMETHING THE BBC WILL TALK ABOUT... at least in their news 'section'...
... it's a 'real life' situation that people are going to talk about and discuss... it's 'news'... therefor I have no problem w/the billboard using a 'hot topic' to attract viewers - especially when they're (the bbc) actually going to 'discuss' the topic (news programming etc)...
... now... the PSP thing... absolutely different - the only thing tying the bbc board and the PSP board together... is that they are both 'designed' and used for 'advertising'.
the PSP is fucking around with a HOT WHITE CHICK... it's intriguing and spirited... IT'S NOT RACIST. Even the black fella in the board looks like he's 'intrigued'... which makes the Ad 'clever and sexy' to me...
... so get over your polictical 'correctness' - I see no problem in using 'the negative' side of a social topic in a bright and clever way... both Ads brought a smile to my face and a 'neat!' to my subconscience because they were both clever.
