Marks of Excellence is a great reference. Shows thought process and steps taken.
If you're struggling with designing a logo, bust out the pen and paper.

Played that game. Already put about 25 hrs into it. The Company is too manly and Im too dainty. Trying to find the balance but my art director is no help. :(
