Ok Son. Thanks for the challenge.
First, Toshiba is weak. Good for the money, but if you want top of the line (PC right?) then there are several other companies. So you don't need to get all sad.
It is time to be glad.
Falcon Northwest is probably the best High-end PC maker out there now.
Voodoo is up there and so is Alienware.
Dell's XPS laptop is pretty good. (I just bought the Inspiron 6000 and am lovin it [I have a 733 PC Descktop...])
All but Dell can be 64-bit machines. check 'em out and let me know. peace.
