I still think it all comes down to your portfolio.
Doesn't it feel like a lazy move? Shouldn't they be scouting the landscape for the specific type of talent that they need?
I don't think their test is really going to show much, besides your ability to rehash old ideas. However, upon skimming through the above posts, I think that's the general idea.
