My current job wanted me to redesign a high level prototype screenshot that was in consideration for their site redesign. That seems shady when I think about it but I got the job so I guess it doesn't matter. They were more interested in the process used in designing it. I did it in XHTML/CSS and talking about the benefits of seperating content from presentation. The other one I had for an interview was to design a home page and content page from a powerpoint page schematic. That was a pain in the ass. They didn't keep the files though. They were on my server. It paid really well so I had to do it.
