Okay, I've got a lot to say, so sit your ass down and grab a pencil:
First off, the AL owns the NL in a big way. The NL is good. The AL is ridiculous. I don't know why you spend so much time ranting, there are better things to spend your time on, but hey, I understand anxiety is high this time of year.
Second, it doesn't matter how large your or small your payroll is once the playoffs start. Read Moneyball, it's at least 85% true. But 95% of all approximations are generally made up.
Third, Clemens is still a stud but as a Yankee fan, I know he loses at least once in the playoffs. Don't bet it will happen again this season, and the odds (not my opinion) are that he'll pitch again this season.
Fourth, "Experts" know nothing...I should know, I am a one. So are you. We all are.
Fifth, Texas is larger than the entire eastern seaboard, I should hope you have a couple good atheletes. I'd be willing to bet that New Jersey has more stud atheletes in all of sport, we just don't sing the NJ state song every time one shows up on sportscenter. VY is definitely fun to watch, and he kicks ass each saturday...against three lame ducks and a mediocre Buckeyes team. I'm sure you'll be hootin' and hollerin' this weekend when he destroys the worst OU football team in recent history.
