I've just had the most soul destroying moment in I don't know how long....
"Andy, can I ask you a CSS question?"
"aye, sure fire away"

}and then I imported it into my html document but the style is not showing"
OK, so I go to look why it's not working... she's sat there with Dreamweaver in Design view...
"right first things first get it switched to split view"
"Huh?"
"that little button there...."
"Ahhh ok"
"right now, that text that you have there... which tag is it in?"
"Huh?"
"Your text is just in the body tag, no p tag no nothing...."
"Ahhh"
"How did you want your style to be applied if you've not declared the class on any of the elements of your page?"
"I thought I just define it and then it shows up"
all I can say chossy, if you're out there, is.... good luck if this one ever comes to work at yours.
