Why? Didn't they fucking from the Dome? This only gives us 7 years to build something. We face congestion charges on the trains because "safety" isn't achievable until 2030 or some such bullshit. What makes anyone think they fix the tube (the new part at that which should bloody work to begin with) in 7 years? It'll be a public embarasment. They'll fucking pave it over by 2013 after the whole things been canceled for the first time in history and Kuz and I will go throw bricks at it.
