Any good ones besides the old Lulu or Blurb?
Want to print a few copies of a book and have it perfect bound but don't want to spend a lot and don't want to use just white paper.

Paperchase.net and Modernpostcard do some small run books.
Might be limited on paper stock though,I tried milkbooks- not good, I'd stay away from them if they come up on your list

I used Lulu last autumn to do a few dozen catalogs for an exhibition i opened. the quality was meager but fine.
more importantly, it seems that since then Lulu now forces you to use their Lulu Wizard templates to set books up and you can't upload your own pdfs anymore???? Can this be true? fml. Why?
