So I use outlook and have 4 different email accounts coming into it...
Every now and then I send an email to a regular person from the wrong email address buy mistake...
Is there anyway you can tell it that everytime I send an email to John Smith, send it from addy 1?
Make sense?

If you send via one email address initially it should default to that.
Can't speak for Outlook but doesn't have a dropdown by the recipient field that allows you to switch between accounts easily?
I use Airmail, brilliant piece of software. Perfect for handling multi-accounts, spam etc.
If you're PC, best alternative would be https://www.getmailbird.com I think.
Outlook is a piece of shite tbh.
- it does have a listed drop down, but as someone who used to do the same as nylon (and in thunderbird too), it's very easy to forgetdetritus
- Airmail separates the mailboxes with a sidebar and icons. Makes it easier to remember where you are.monoboy
- You might be able to customise Outlook to do the same? Not sure.monoboy
- Will check out Airmail - thanks people!nylon
