France Gail - Laisse tomber les filles
Cheeky song concept too basically "Hang up you chick habbit" April March has an english version but it's not as good.
and another... can't beat that flute:
Now I really want to make a new reel.
- < nobody else will have ever used these in a reel before thats for sure.shellie
- this was my fav tracks when i started learning french, the lyrics got stuck in my head for years :)sted

Just one more.... Edith Piaf. Honestly I'll be a little hurt if you don't use this.
It's also the "kick" song in Inception.
and Manu Chao is pretty nice for something like this as well. "Me Gustas Tu" basically just lists all the stuff they like which is kinda on topic for a real.

Depends on your style of work and your demographic.
That being said, something that is commercial sounding without being radio pop is what I would use for mine- if gramatik it must be hit that jive:
https://www.youtube.…sted - sure, most of his tune are reel friendly :)Miguex

Bo en is an english ex pat raised in Japan but went to english speaking school. He shit would be sick for a showreel. you can loop some parts for a the perfect length if it's too short or put two songs together because some songs flow as one long track when put together no spaces. His songs have nice breaks and changes throughout so you can capture different moods and not too many lyrics. I blew this old Uber driver's mind when I put this album on for a ride. This music sounds like animation.

Almost 4 minutes long, Metronomy "thing for me" is kinda on topic for a reel. Hook says "i told how much time we've got - all the time in the world. I got a thing for for you. you've got a thing for me."
Blonde Redhead: this song is 6 minutes long with lots of instrumental parts and has a similar stereolab feel at times but english lyrics. This one is pretty sparse.Body Language kinda has a wide appeal sound, bright and uplifting and good pacing.
Just a hair over 4 mins:
