I was using what.cd since like 2009 or somthing, dont remember. Keeping up your ratio was the toughest in the game. A real pain. Sometimes 6 months on ratio watch unable to download.
I switched to Google Play Music 2 months ago and I've never been so happy. All the music I want is there instantly, no more stupid ratio.
The only thing I hate about Google Play Music and those streaming services is that you dont own the music, the day you close your account you lose all your music. So you're basically stuck to pay a monthly fee forever. But yet, its super cheap, 14$ for family plan, me and my gf can download all the music we want for the price of a CD/month. Its crazy that we're there, kinda futuristic.

I've been using Google Play for my music for years. I never subscribed. I put all of my stuff on there. You get 50,000 songs before you hit the limit. That's a ton. I'm a huge music fan and I'm old as the hills and I'm still only about 75% of the limit.
My only complaints is that somethings are just so slow. It hangs on simple tasks like making playlists or simple edits. It doesn't always happen but it's annoying quite often.
The great points are that you can load a ton on there for free, you have your music everywhere and can listen on you phone so having a lot of storage on your phone isn't nearly as necessary.
