Magnetic Ink (Screen Printing)

  Does anyone have much experience working with Magnetic Ink?

  I'm trying to scope out a small book project consisting of 20 separate designs using magnetic ink but no-one can really give me a good idea about how to quote it over the phone.

  I'm guessing i have to pay for:-
  1. Pulp-Paper (TBD)

  2. Setup
  (putting the designs on a screen) $75 per screen and i would need 4 screens which is $300

  3. Labor to run 30 copies of the book
  (1 full day - $700)

  4. Magnetic Ink (which i have to pay for apparently)
  No-one really knows

  5. Cutting (included in labour)

  -

  Also has anyone seen any interesting things been done using this format?
