It could work but the 2 fonts are too different - the t's don't work at all - in fact the front t doesn't look like a t.
And the 'by Simon Bolz' type looks amateurish.
But I do like the idea of part of the image being in the type - that could work really well.

Thank you.
The "amateurish" type is a font face that I just bought:
https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/ta…I quite like it. I know, it's daring to use such fonts as us designers have the enemy Comic Sans on our mind quickly...

Please don't be offended by my comments. Perhaps amateurish was a bit strong - its hard to see it in the small image.
Yes - 2nd one is better but not quite there.

I still think you can use 2 different typefaces as well - just not the 2 in the original one. Also wait to see what other people think.

Looks like dafont. I don't care for the style either. Go simplerer but still try the two font mixing with new fonts.
Buy a font.

I don't really get what you're saying. Maybe because I am not a native English speaker. Sixteen refers to 2016 and it goes along the naming of my calenders which I publish each year.
The youngish looking girl is 28 years old, so I really see nothing to worry about. It's not a teeny calendar and people buying my calendars know me very well.
If you see something that bothers you and that I don't understand due to a lack of knowledge, please explain.
