There was only 1 season that i could remember and it was kind of like the movie Cube.
Basically the idea was that there was 1 person each a cube (and there was many cubes) - each person all had to work together to figure out what their mission was.
There was 1 person in a cube that was the controller and probably the person who communicated to them all

no it was an independent series made by students but it was well written and shot.
every cube had a white background and i think the people inside them were wearing white too
