I am thinking of implementing a ticketing system for client update requests.
I am tired of clients claiming they emailed something, yet can't reproduce it or resend it, and still blame us for delays and deadline issues etc. This way the process will be tracked and recorded.
Any suggestions for a small group? Zendesk? Freshdesk? Zoho? They all seem overkill? What's other studios or agencies using?
