I don’t know if there is a fixed term, but I think this style is most commonly refered to as "geometric". Maybe looking for "constructed typography" brings up some results, too.
Since they are pretty easy to make, there are tons of those fonts out there. One preselection can be found in #7 of slanted magazine ("Geometrics Porn" Issue)

I'd also suggest 'modular' - I've often seen this description for similar styles. Not so much on myfonts.com though - modular brings up pretty much any old shit.

Your example reminds me of typefaces found on YouWorkForThem that have a “kitchen tile” look to them.
