Either do it in analogue or, I guess, in some sort of specific painter software - not PS or illy, etc.

Couldnt you just do this in Photoshop with a Wacom tablet? This way you can finesse it to perfection. Seems like trying to do this with real paint it would never end up looking like that pic, and would be difficult to tweak it.
- draw the whole thing in pink on a layer, go over it again in orange on another layer....CygnusZero4

I think that's been painted with a hairy cock, not a finger or a brush. You can tell.

Here's how you do it...
Don't do it.
There, done.

use cd covers, a flat brush and acrylic paint.
line up portions of the colors you want on a palette.pick colors with different sides of the brush.
paint letter. clean brush. pick more colors. use the palette to mix color ramps.
