i just rewatched the finale and I noticed that in the scene where kim visits jimmy in prison, it's all black and white except for the cigarette they smoke together, which glows orange.
...to me it implies a continuing relationship between them. Even while Jimmy's in prison for the rest of his life. I can imagine how that could really work for the both of them somehow.

great ending to a great show.
underneath it all was always a heart of gold.

I loved this show, even more so than BB. Its sad that its over, but the ending was perfect.
My only complaint is the transition from Saul era Jimmy to BB era Jimmy was a little abrupt. I wish there as an episode about him transitioning from prankster to orchestrator of murder, etc.
Regardless, my favorite group of folks making content of the momment.

- Fantastic ending, although I still don't know how Saul found Jesse. Anyway, the door is wide open for El Camino 2.b_a_b_y_d_i_c_k

I've been watching Ozark and it is utter crap compared to better call saul
- That's a shame. I really enjoyed Ozark.Morning_star
- The characters are so much more complete and real on BCS. The acting is better. The direction is WAY better. And there's more at stake when ppl die.sarahfailin
- Also it manages to be far more realistic than O even though it's crazy-go-nuts fantastical with Jimmy's antics.sarahfailin
- Both great showsdbloc
- Agree .. I loved from Ozark at the beginning but the last couple seasons and especially the finale were a major disappointment.Ramanisky2
- On the second last episode of Ozark and I just want to get it out of the way.mort_
- Finished Ozark. Ugh. Very weak last 7 episodes and the finale was rubbish.mort_

God damn that last episode was good!
- I have no doubt the last 6 episodes and the series finale will also be top notch.
The writing is so good.Ramanisky2 - Hells yeah. That was some quality television.dopepope

I ordered Pollos Hermanos last night, they have this Uber Eats "virtual restaurant" where you can get a few options.
Chicken was good, fries meeeeh, probably won't order again but it was kinda cool. I guess they relly on different restaurants to make the orders so depends where you are you might get a different experience.

Such a good episode! The tension on the couch!
I'm really curious what the next season will cover. Obviously they will catch up to breaking bad, but will they give more context to the events of BB? While they spend more time post BB?
While I'm sad that its ending, I'm also happy they they are only telling the story they have, not padding it out.

- ok so 5 seasons and all you cunts posting 7 pages worth of posts can't be wrong.
I stopped after season 1 and couldn't get back into it. it looks like it's well_niko - ...worth starting again. My biggest gripe in the beginning was the slower pace(which i'm ok with) and the fact that it takes place in the past but they all look_niko
- ...so much older. Plus i wanted to see some of the old characters from BB making cameos._niko

this series is a really fascinating exercise in the slow-burn.
i'm really curious as to how they tie it off - there's one more season after this, but this season finale should align time-wise with the breaking bad pilot (in the last episode, low-rank dealers got promoted in order to take the fall - this is inevitably what creates the sting where walt sees jesse in the pilot).
so maybe the last season will be a fast-forward, to saul after the breaking bad universe? or perhaps it's his time within the BB series but outside of the walter white drama (as obviously he had other things going on) and the BCS finale coincides with the BB finale time-wise.
either way this is a really marvelous show that doesn't get enough attention.
- kim has got to die. i've been thinking it the whole time.sarahfailin
- see that's what gets me- saul never shows any sense of having a dead wife in BB. i wonder if she lives into that timeline / past it.colin_s
- and she is so important to his life, i don't know - the timelines are so close at this point, i'm not sure how they write her off and have his BB stint workcolin_s
- Maybe the cartel puts such a threat on her life, Saul has her just disappear into some sort of protected custody. With his tricky/con ways. But yeah not sure.Ramanisky2

The last episode titled ‘Bagman’ is perhaps my favorite episode in the entire BCS & Breaking Bad universe.
Def deserves multiple viewings.
