"iatp, do you use harvest services? it looks good but would love to know from an actual user."yes, been using their time-tracking service for years now. not using the forecast thing.
my take: time-tracking works, reporting works, data export works. does what it's supposed to do. reliability ok, pricing ok. generally, i'm not impressed with them, but no complaints either.
we're using it internally, team of 12 people. sometimes i wish the app allowed for more complexity regarding task structure and client management - in that regard harvest is kind of basic. guess it depends on the specific environment, how your shop is setup, the kind of work you do.

Note sure Google Calendar is granular enough. With various committees, and hierarchies, committee leaders privy to other committee schedules, but others not, it's needs something more akin to project management.
That said, I haven't tried Google Calendar beyond more personal stuff, and I will take a look again.

google apps. Use the calendar and invite everyone you want to see it.
