How often do you wear sunscreen? I am starting to worry that my neck and nose get too much sun.

Only when I plan on being in the sun.

I use it anytime I'll be in the sun more than 20-30 minutes (I'll burn in 40+ minutes). Sun here in Denver is a killer. The intensity is palpable. God, I hate it, feels like grease, all shiny and oily. Nasty stuff, but far better than the alternatives (never do anything outside or blister up into a peeling mess)
I really should be living in Seattle.

Every time I'm going to be outside for more than half an hour and the sun's out. Australian sun can be a right wanker.
I do know from annual skin check-ups that you only need 20 mins or so sunshine a day to get your vitamin D. Anything more than that and you're probably Irish and living in Bondi.
