Cyan on process yellow?

  Is cyan text on process yellow readable? What about in brightly lit outdoor boards?
  It seems so, but I've never printed this combo before.

  If it's over-printed it would be green. Green on yellow is fine.

  If it's not over-printed, cyan on yellow is probably fine as well.
