Sounds like wifi routers (particularly public wifi) might be a bad attack vector. Do you really think your coffee shop is going to have the IT knowledge to download and install a firmware patch for their router??? not likely.

I changed all my web passwords yesterday. I use 1Password to organise them.
If you use GMail I recommend you turn on 2 step authentication, I've been using that since they enabled that feature.

So when is everyone changing? I just got an email from a company requiring a change, but assuming most haven't fixed everything.
As for the NSA, much more concerned about spam and thugs. Between the IRS, my accountant and LinkedIN (just got my first spam email from the email I used there...nothing is secure), there's not much to my life (and business) that is truly private.
