Web-based FTP?

For reasons that are too gut-twistingly irritating to get into right now, I need a web-based FTP interface... that I can trust.
There are plenty of Google hits, but given the nature of the beast, I'd want to use one that I felt comfortable wasn't going to just keep my login details!
Anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks!

Shit's making me sooo angry right now.

...or... I can upload a file a time to my FTP using its backend web interface... I can host my own 'online ftp' site...
Anyone know of any (linux/php) code, whilst I go check?

I recommend this Firefox plugin for my clients: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US…

Thanks all - I ended up installing some thing called 'ourwebftp' on my server, which allows me to login in to all my clients' FTP as well, which is exactly what I need 'til I get past this fucking router problem.
That Pyd.io thing looks interesting - thanks for the heads'up!
