Funny story time: My wife and I took a tour of the hospital down the street two nights ago to check out their childbirth area. Not expecting at the moment but always hoping!
Anyhow, it was a group tour of maybe 14 people, and we were in one of the rooms where a birth would take place, and the doctor was pointing out the stereo with ipod dock on a shelf. She said "if you have calming music that you really like you can bring that in to have something you enjoy." And I immediately started giggling thinking about bringing in some Norwegian black metal death doom roar rock with deep screamed vocals and constant double bass going on. Demonic shreddin', if you will.
But I also thought about having a tape of engines revving, or dirt bikes ripping around. So to find this 12 hour audio cracks me the hell up.

Hah! I lived across the street from a biker bar once in Chicago, it sounded like this all night long it seemed.... except when there was a fight, which was every 2 or 3 days....usually the cops would drive up and look at each other, trying to decide who has to go break up the fight, once a guy rode his harley right into the bar, and I was hoping he left it running causing mass asphyxiation....

I heard there was a frat initiation rite at Northwestern University where the new guys/victims were placed in a basement for 24 hours, listening to Starship's Built This City over and over again on a CD player set to repeat for 24 hours...I can only imagine, shit like this is why I never wanted to be part of a frat....
