I see a lot of companies with this same photo of their ultra-modern offices where happy employees sit in front of iMacs, touching elbows with their coworkers while the boss does laps around the outside. Has this become the standard office of today? Where each person gets ~8sqft of space?
How many of you work in space like this, and what's it like? Is your workspace actually materially better than an iphone factory?
I kind of prefer working in sweat-shop looking places. It feels more honest.
As long as the studio has nice chairs and a nice place to eat lunch, I'm happy.
industrial everything. aeron chair knockoffs. airconned co2. plastic plants. choose life. choose a job. choose a career. choose a family choose a fucking big television. choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players...
I don't mind the open concept shared desk thing. But it would have to be arranged so that I could browse nsfw content without worrying about some asshole calling me out for not doing something productive.
