Fancybox is what ya want really.No need for iframes then, it'll just load HTML.

set it as an iframe which will load a page where you have all the logo arrange the same way,
in the shadowbox page, they say to do it this way

jquery fancy box is the best imo, logos have their own links? links (<a></a>), what else?
