Interesting read. Communism essentially taking componenets of democratic system and setting them to work under the yolk of communist rule.
Democommunatics. Or something.

China doesn't really follow their own laws anyway. its at the whim of the state and bureaucrats in power in hierarchical fashion.
Everyone in China is on a leash. Some leashes are bigger then others. IF your rich and connected and you need a transplant you can buy organs at the expense of someone they imprisoned that matches your blood type. You can also pay someone to do your time in prison.

- law and are all on leashes. like government in all countries. some wants to make good changes and steer to the direction thats for the good of it's citizens. but there are always obstacles when some are greedy for power and money or simply holds different perspective. .pango

after Bo's wife murdered the british MI6 informant, things went downhill even more for Bo, a former leading contender for the chinese throne....so it's more tabloid than it used to be....

I heard an interesting thing in a documentary explaining the Chinese government.
The USA and China are both driving down a road, there is a fork in the road,to the right is capitalism and to the left is communism. The US signals right and goes down the road towards capitalism, China signals left and follows the US.
Interesting take on it.
