  For people who are not what they seem, seem like they are more than they really are, putting on an act, maybe also words for people just doing it to impress others but are still grounded in reality.

  Looking for creative words, not average words you would hear on a regular basis.

  I came up with the word charlatan, which is a person who pretends or claims to have more knowledge or skill than he or she possesses, but need more words.
