We launched a redesigned to 4ormat http://4ormat.com our online portfolio platform website.
Would love to hear everyones feedback.
Long story short:
- media queries (resizable and retina ready)
- css3 & jquery animations
- font-face + PC font-face fallbacks

It looks good apart the Spotlight page that has title and images aligned on the left and not with the logo as in View Tour and Plans pages. I'm on Mac and Chrome

Looks good overall. The sticky navigation feels big and in the way though. I'm on a 24" monitor so would only be worse, I imagine, on laptops/tablets. Why does it stick on some pages but not others?

the titles of the pages @ the top are totally off. You're trying to sell a product... make it easy for the user to want to buy.

Thats how I'd do it to start, thats how most sites do it... that should tell you something... but i'd split test to find the combo that converts the best for you. It just seems very complicated right now.

dconstrukt : We try not to make decisions based on what others are doing.
utopian: We are actually planning to showcase our themes a lot better as right now we don't anywhere on the 4ormat site.

Where is the login button? Why are the images cropped on the right side?

robotron3k: Someone who wants to build a professional and functional portfolio website and does not want to worry about dealing with hosting issues. Someone who understands that developing a professional website costs 10-30k and starting with a theme that can be built upon will allow him/her to save the money normally spent on the development of such a site.

i used this to update my site a couple of weeks ago, a bit lazy I know but i like how easy it is to use but it would good to see what can be done with custom themes etc further down the track when i get time to tweak
