  Hi QBN, I need to record what's on my screen and convert it to an animated gif. Is there any software that will do this for you???

  You can capture your screen with a software that does that, there are many for windows and mac, then you can convert the video frames to images and create an animated gif from photoshop with them.

  iShowU

  all these are fine to record your screen. Then import in PS as video frames to layers. adjust animation. Save for Web as gif (animated)
