Looks lame. Pixar's best work is long behind them.

whilst i'll agree dreamworks are pumping out the better flicks in general this film looks strong...

I don't agree about Dreamworks stuff...imo Madagascar (any part) is absolute crap, Shrek 1 was decent but follow ups were terrible...Bee movie - not worth mentioning...Panda 1 sucked but the 2nd is better...How To Train Your Dragon I liked...for me personally Pixar is better: it isn't all nice, but there is a lot of films from them...so, quantity brought some quality from them...Brave looks absolutely stunning, and I think that it will be a bit better than 90 percent of Dreamworks shite...

Ive had enough of big budget 3d cartoons wading around in the kiddie pool. Break the R rating already.

you've hit the nail on the head. big budget expects a return on investment. restricted flicks aren't going to cash out. not exactly a cartoon but a decent example to test the waters with... the new marky mark movie 'ted'. find out how much that r-rated raunch fantasy number raked in and report back.
