Kids Helmet Dilemma 2020 Responses

Just saw a pic on Instagram of an acquaintances niece (She's maybe 4, I've met her before and know the dad) riding her little kids scooter wearing a helmet that is way too far back on her head. Worn totally incorrectly. Anything wrong with me politely pointing this out? Kids wear helmets incorrectly all the time; they don't protect jack shit of the forehead, and it's usually the parents fault.
OK to politely point this out?

off course it is incorrect,
you should let nature run it's course, then the lawyers will sort out who's fault it was

send the acquaintance a polite message saying you noticed the photo and the kid wearing the helmet incorrectly.
if he gets back to you with a nasty "mind your own business" reply then send him some nice photos of smashed-in-heads from motorbike crashes you found on the internet with the reply "just sayin'!"

when I used to work in telemarketing selling cell phone (circa 2000),
we would "menace" our prospective clients based on their fears,
old person = imagine if you fall, break something and can't reach the phone or yell for help..etc
parents = you will feel safer knowing your kids can reach you anytime,...etcJust go up to them and play on their fears,
yo, saw an awful head trauma yesterday,
it's crazy the number of PARENTS that don't know how to put a fuckn helmet on their kids,
sigh

i saw a couple of kids (brother and sister) wearing their helmets backwards, I stopped on my bike and told the parents. Their response was "mind your own damn business". As a result I do not give a fuck what strangers and their kids are up to.
You know them so point it out.

My helmet dilemma...right now I don't want my kids to wear a helmet, back in the day helmets=gay, but I know my tune might change once I actually have some kiddos. I had to finally buy one, because a lot of skate parks require you to wear them...always felt like a tool.
