Seriously.
I have some tabs open. An animated loop is running in a window in one. If I go to another tab, is the loop still running? Is it even 'there'? Or does it just vanish because it is not in 'focus'.....
Kind of practical, kind of metaphysical, i guess.
I am not a coder, obviously

1. open youtube in a tab 1.
2. open anything else in tab 2 and browse at your leisure (qbn.com perhaps). If you can hear the video from tab 1, it is still running.
