client is looking for an eCommerce site with cart minus the pay option on checkout.
basically the client is looking to have orders made online, cart items are sent to the clients e-mail for the client to put together, but customers don't pay online they "pay on pickup". anyone know of a plugin or theme for something like this?just a shot in the dark before i start to modify a normal cart system.

btw: I advised them against it, I told them they may get many orders that never get picked up. but their stuck on their idea.

Will this allow the 'cart' to be emailed? Thats my specific issue, the client wants the end user to add items to a cart, then have the cart content emailed. It is a equipment rental company, so they want the user to pick their stuff online and then they get a email so they can put the order together.
